Optimizer: Agentis provides a tool to build and evaluate scenarios in order to maximize the fleet availability and minimize remnant life losses for aircraft and its components. Manage swaps and spare parts to reduce losses without sacrificing equipment availability.
Task protocols: For each aircraft model and part number you can set as many tasks as needed, Agentis allows you to define for each one of them, the task type, frequency, required materials and part numbers, mechanics and theirs qualifications, procedures and process controls and quality control tests to be applied to successfully complete the task.
Tasks can be one-time or recurring, the frequency of which can be established in intervals of hours, cycles, days or months elapsed. Agentis will program them based on what happens first, according to the effective usage taken from aircraft and components logs and estimated usage for fleet, aircraft, part number or specific serial number.
SB, AD and non-recurring tasks: For each directive or non-recurring task, record the task protocol, Agentis will program the applying of it, to each airplane or part number according to the criteria established in protocol.
Task packaging: Whether it is done by the optimizer or by yourself, the tasks can be grouped in one service order, by default the duration of the maintenance block corresponds to the duration of the task that requires the longest time. You can set overload criteria for the optimizer or increase the block yourself. Y ou can add new tasks to a scheduled or running service order.
Publication of tasks: Select the scenarios, service orders or individual tasks that you want to publish in the itinerary, as soon as you do it, the maintenance blocks will be visible in Ops control, crew tracking, fleet assignment and crew planning tools. Any changes you make to published tasks will be immediately passed on to all of them.
Purchase lists: Agentis prepares the lists of required materials and notifies the purchasing managers when they are needed in order to be available on time.
