So you can create a parts and components template for each aircraft model, any part or component can be "reused" in any aircraft model, thus avoiding redundancy of records which facilitates the administration and maintenance of the data.
Installation of parts and components: Specific part and serial numbers can be installed even when they are not on the aircraft model template or part number to which you are mounting them. Agentis allows you to identify the parts and number of series that had being installed in a component but are not in the template and the parts that being in the template are omitted as a specific part and serial number insalled. This discrepancy analysis enables you to work with equipment and parts whose templates are incomplete or unavailable.
Change control and life estimation: The parts can have any number of components and each of these can have any number of parts up to any depth level. Agentis understands that the installation or removal of a specific part and serial number implies the movement of all its components and subcomponents. Agentis maintains a log for components movements, life control mechanisms use these logs to determine service and replacement date forecasts.
Service bulletins (SB) and airworthiness directives (AD): Agentis allows you to record for each SB, AD or any other service recommendation, the task protocol to apply it, control the application program and control the exceptions and applications of others tasks that depend or not on the bulletins that have been applied.
Incident and deferred maintenance control: Manage incidents and delays as soon as they occur, link with our Ops control application, keep operations control personnel continuously informed of service programs and operational restrictions caused by deferred maintenance.
Digital file: Agentis enables you to attach digitized documents to aircraft models, parts, materials, task protocols, and services. Use these functions to add the MMEL, the MEL, manuals, plans, instructions, logs, photographs, receipts, etc.
